Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site position based at our Mansfield, TX property. This role oversees daily front desk operations, including managing check-in and check-out processes, supervising front office staff, and ensuring that guest inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. The Front Office Manager monitors room availability and reservations, coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintains accurate records and reports. Responsibilities also include training and scheduling front office team members, implementing customer service standards, handling escalated guest issues, and supporting billing and payment processes. The role requires a hands-on presence in the lobby and front office, modeling excellent service and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong front office and office administration skills, including managing daily operations, records, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with experience resolving guest issues and improving the guest experience.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and management.
  • Previous hospitality or hotel front office experience, ideally in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and schedule staff, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort with basic hotel software systems, reservations platforms, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management or related fields is a plus.
