Forma Gym is looking for passionate, experienced and service driven Front Desk Associates to join our Front Desk Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members.
Greeting and assisting members.
Cashier operations.
Answering phones.
Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service.
Assist with special events.
DRIVERS of SUCCESS:
A heart committed to the service of others (minimum 1 year customer service experience required)
