Role Summary:
Luxury brand Nili Lotan is looking for a freelance Junior Graphic Designer responsible for translating the brand’s vision into refined, cohesive, and elevated visual executions to ensure all brand communications reflect the integrity, restraint, and sophistication of the Nili Lotan aesthetic.
This position requires strong design sensibility, technical excellence, and the ability to work within a founder-led creative environment where attention to detail and brand nuance are critical.
This role follows a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 remote day per week.
Role Responsibilities:
Brand Execution
Design and execute creative assets across:
Email marketing
E-commerce homepage + PDP assets
Seasonal campaigns
Lookbooks and line sheets
Retail signage and in-store materials
Wholesale decks and presentations
Packaging and collateral
Ensure visual consistency across all channels
Maintain strict adherence to brand typography, color, and layout standards
Digital & Performance Creative
Partner with Digital team to:
Design performance marketing assets (paid social, digital ads)
Create homepage updates aligned with launches and merchandising focus
Support optimization of layouts for conversion while maintaining brand integrity
Translate merchandising priorities into clear visual storytelling
Retail & Wholesale Support
Create in-store signage, seasonal graphics, and window collateral
Design materials supporting new store openings
Develop sales tools and visual decks for key wholesale accounts
Ensure product representation is accurate and elevated
Creative Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams across Creative, Digital, VM, and Merchandising
Participate in creative reviews and provide thoughtful design input
Support the refinement and evolution of brand guidelines
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in fashion or luxury brand design
Strong typography skills
Minimal, refined layouts
Digital + print execution
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Figma (preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing formats and asset specs
Detail-oriented with strong production knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
