The Opportunity: Loud Solutions is partnering with a VC/incubator that owns proprietary IP for a new AI-native platform that transforms how architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms win project pursuits and proposals.
Today, AEC proposal and marketing teams are drowning in complexity:
Technical experts are constantly being chased for input under tight deadlines
Project experience and content libraries are outdated, scattered, and hard to reuse
RFQs, RFPs, and qualification packages require manual requirement tracking across business development, technical leaders, and executives
Submissions are slower than they should be, win rates are inconsistent, and the operational strain is directly tied to firm growth and backlog visibility
This work is slow, high-stakes, and largely manual. Most firms are coordinating across email threads, shared drives, and disconnected tools that were never built for the speed and precision modern pursuits demand.
This venture is rebuilding AEC proposal operations from the ground up — an AI-native platform that automates requirement and compliance tracking, intelligently reuses institutional knowledge and proposal content, and streamlines coordination across technical experts, so firms move faster, reduce submission risk, and pursue more opportunities with the same teams.
We're looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to lead this from validated problem → product → revenue → scale.
What You'll Own:
Win the Market
Lead customer discovery with AEC firm principals, BD leaders, and proposal managers
Run pilots, close early customers, and shape pricing
Validate retention, expansion, and pursuit win rates — not just demos
Build the Product
Work closely with the incubator's product and engineering team
Translate complex proposal workflows and compliance requirements into intelligent, reusable AI tooling
Ensure AI outputs are accurate, auditable, and firm-ready for submission
Own Go-To-Market
Define ICP, buyer personas, and sales motion (BD, marketing, or principal-led)
Build credibility in a relationship-driven, deadline-sensitive professional services market
Balance AI sophistication with the practical realities of AEC firm operations
Raise Capital
Lead the seed round with backing from the VC/incubator
Build a clear Vertical AI narrative grounded in win rate improvement, submission speed, and operational efficiency
Use customer proof and adoption as the primary fundraising engine
Build the Company
Hire and lead the founding team
Set execution standards, culture, and pace
Own P&L, prioritization, and long-term strategy

A founder, senior operator, or GM in B2B SaaS, Vertical AI, or AEC/professional services technology
Comfortable selling early into relationship-driven, deadline-sensitive environments
Able to balance product innovation with the operational realities of AEC firm workflows
Motivated by ownership, not job titles
You likely bring:
Founder-level drive – this is not an advisory or experimental role
Strong GTM capability – enterprise or mid-market B2B sales experience
Product judgment – simplifying complex proposal workflows into fast, reusable AI systems
People leadership – hiring well and setting a high execution bar
Highly relevant experience (not all required):
AEC, government contracting, or professional services proposal management
B2B SaaS for architecture, engineering, construction, or related industries
Selling to BD leaders, firm principals, or proposal managers
Second-time founder experience
