The Opportunity: Loud Solutions is partnering with a VC/incubator that owns proprietary IP for a new AI-native loan covenant monitoring and compliance platform serving mid-market borrowers, banks and credit funds.


Today, CFOs and controllers are overwhelmed by manual covenant compliance through brittle spreadsheets and rigid bank reporting formats:

  • Real-time ERP data manually translated into lender-specific formats
  • Compliance certificates built by hand under constant risk of technical default
  • Early breach risk buried in static reports no one trusts


This work is slow, expensive, error-prone and creates unnecessary credit risk. Most teams are stitching together spreadsheets, PDFs, and legacy finance tools that were never built for modern lending workflows.


This venture is rebuilding covenant compliance from the ground up -- a borrower-first AI platform that sits between accounting systems and loan agreements, automatically translating ERP data into lender-specific covenant logic and keeping firms confidently audit-ready without slowing finance teams down.


We're looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to lead this from validated problem → product → revenue → scale.


What You'll Own:


Win the Market

  • Lead customer discovery with CFOs, controllers, and credit funds
  • Run pilots, close early customers, and shape pricing
  • Validate retention, expansion, and lender trust — not just demos

Build the Product

  • Work closely with the incubator's product and engineering team
  • Translate loan agreement logic into usable, auditable compliance workflows
  • Ensure AI outputs are explainable, defensible, and audit-grade

Own Go-To-Market

  • Define ICP, buyer personas, and sales motion (finance, ops, or leadership-led)
  • Build credibility in a conservative, relationship-driven market
  • Balance innovation with credit and lending reality

Raise Capital

  • Lead the seed round with backing from the VC/incubator
  • Build a clear FinTech narrative grounded in risk reduction, cost savings and default prevention
  • Use customer proof and adoption as the primary fundraising engine

Build the Company

  • Hire and lead the founding team
  • Set execution standards, culture, and pace
  • Own P&L, prioritization, and long-term strategy

  • A founder, senior operator or GM in B2B SaaS, FinTech or lending/credit technology
  • Comfortable selling early into conservative, relationship-based environments
  • Able to balance product innovation with credit market realities
  • Motivated by ownership, not job titles

You likely bring:

  • Founder-level drive – this is not an advisory or experimental role
  • Strong GTM capability – enterprise or mid-market B2B sales experience
  • Product judgment – simplifying complex loan structures into usable systems
  • People leadership – hiring well and setting a high execution bar

Highly relevant experience (not all required):

  • Lending, credit, or covenant compliance workflows
  • FinTech, finance automation, or treasury/CFO-focused SaaS
  • Selling to CFOs, controllers, credit officers, or risk buyers
  • Second-time founder experience
