About The Company

Our client is a global investment manager that blends public-market and private-market strategies with a focus on long-term growth opportunities across industries and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage trade allocations in management system and ensure accurate downstream capture
  • Reconcile positions and P&L between internal and external systems
  • Interface with prime brokers and swap counterparties on account and position management related items
  • Direct settlement of OTC/physical/private transactions and booking of corporate actions
  • Support execution team with OMS maintenance and troubleshooting to trade operations and readiness
  • Assist with management of cash/margin/collateral and optimization of portfolio financing
  • Assist with account openings, KYC, and proxy matters
  • Reconcile with fund administrator and outsourced shadow accounting team and provide guidance on breaks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-8 years of finance operations experience
  • Hedge fund or fund admin experience preferred
  • Experience with FlexTrade and/or Geneva is a plus

Salary Range

$125,000-$150,000
