Executive Recruiter – Accounting & Finance- 360 Desk

Madison-Davis is expanding our Accounting & Finance search practice in New York and looking for an experienced recruiter to run a true 360 desk.

This is an opportunity to step into an established platform with active client relationships, strong job flow, and a dedicated delivery team behind you. You’ll focus on building client partnerships and closing searches while leveraging the infrastructure of a firm that has been trusted by financial institutions and high-growth companies for decades.

Our team places Accounting & Finance professionals from Senior Accountant through CFO, working with organizations across financial services, technology, healthcare, real estate, consumer, and professional services.

For the right recruiter, this role offers the chance to build a significant desk while helping shape the next phase of growth for the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Run a full 360 desk across Accounting & Finance search

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts

• Partner with senior hiring leaders to fill key finance and accounting roles

• Manage the full search process from client development through placement

• Leverage an experienced delivery team supporting candidate generation

• Play a role in expanding the Accounting & Finance practice across multiple industries

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience running a 360 recruiting desk

• Background in Accounting & Finance recruiting or a closely related vertical

• Proven track record of client development and consistent production

• Strong relationship builder who operates in a consultative manner with clients

• Someone motivated by building a meaningful book of business
