The Role: Own all events strategy: webinars, workshops, client meetups, and community gatherings. Turn events into our main growth channel.

What You'll Do:

• Plan & execute webinars (product demos, career workshops, expert panels)
• Organize online workshops for clients (resume reviews, mock interviews, Q&As)
• Coordinate in-person meetups in US & Europe cities
• Build event strategy: topics, formats, frequency, promotion
• Work with marketing on event-driven lead generation
• Manage speakers (mentors, clients, industry experts)
• Track metrics: attendance, engagement, conversions
• Scale events for international markets (US, Finland, Germany)

Requirements:

• 2+ years event management experience
• Experience with online events (Zoom, webinars, virtual conferences)
• EdTech, SaaS, or B2C events background
• Project management skills (juggle multiple events)
• Marketing mindset (events = lead generation)
• Fluent English (events for US/Europe audience)
• Comfortable working across time zones

Nice to Have:

• Experience with community-driven events
• In-person event coordination (meetups, conferences)
• Video production skills
• Knowledge of career/tech industry
• Russian language (for CIS audience)
