Endpoint Analyst

We are looking for a hands-on Endpoint Analyst to support the Windows devices that keep our client’s parts distribution operation running. In this role, you will manage, secure, and optimize hundreds of desktops, laptops, and related devices used in our offices, warehouses, and distribution centers.

COMP: Up to $85K based on candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Engineer and maintain standard Windows images and builds for end users.
• Package and deploy applications and manage OS and software patching.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, printer, and peripheral issues, including in warehouse environments.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure endpoint security and compliance.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to reduce downtime.
• Document procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 3+ years of experience supporting or engineering enterprise Windows endpoints.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune/SCCM and PowerShell preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
