Job Summary: eLearning/Training Content Specialist Virginia Hybrid
Develop modular, lightweight learning assets (microlearning videos, AI walkthroughs, guides, self-paced materials) for easy maintenance and updates.
Create high-quality documentation artifacts such as process maps, SOPs, system walkthroughs, and job aids, with a focus on clarity and version control.
Manage the end-to-end course design process, including needs/gap analysis, course development, validation, and evaluation.
Design and produce tool walk-throughs, system overviews, training landing pages, and resource hubs.
Facilitate pilot training sessions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to enhance and refine training materials.
Apply advanced curriculum development and instructional design skills to create user-friendly, scalable training content.
Synthesize and simplify complex processes, particularly in marketing, into accessible learning materials.
Utilize eLearning and multimedia tools such as AEM, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite, and LMS platforms (Oracle HCM preferred).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational needs and objectives.
