Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement scalable, future-state processes aligned with business goals.
  • Define and lead operational excellence strategies across business units.
  • Build standardized toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks for enterprise-wide use.
  • Use data analysis and KPIs to monitor performance and track ROI of key initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and tools to drive data-driven decision-making and accountability.
  • Deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure alignment of improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops and change management activities, including training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational agility.

Qualifications And Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or process improvement roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Strong data analysis and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and across departments.
