Job Description:

Influential.com is looking for a Director, Creator Partnerships to build and maintain relationships with influential individuals across various social media platforms to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.

This is a full-time, remote position in the US only. US citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant influencers in our target market. Analyze their content, engagement levels, and audience demographics to determine their suitability for collaboration.
• Initiate and maintain effective communication with influencers to foster long-term relationships.
• Manage a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and cultivate ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring all parties understand expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Monitor influencer activities, track metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in influencer marketing
• Strong relationships with successful influencers
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture
• Ability to cultivate relationships with influencers
• Ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms
• Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing
