About the Role: We are seeking a VP of Construction to lead all field operations for a high end custom home builder known for a fully integrated design-build process and luxury residential projects across top Dallas neighborhoods. This role oversees construction execution, team leadership, trade relationships, quality assurance, and schedule control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction teams, superintendents, and field staff to ensure flawless execution of custom homes
Oversee scheduling, logistics, permitting, inspections, and project turnover
Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, finish quality, and client service
Partner with in-house design and architecture teams to ensure alignment from concept to completion
Build and maintain strong trade partner relationships
Drive continuous improvement in build process, communication, and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
10+ years residential construction experience, including custom or luxury homes
Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams
Strong understanding of high end finishes, design intent, and premium client expectations
Ability to interpret plans, manage budgets, and oversee complex custom builds
Tech savvy and experienced with project management systems
Strong communication, leadership presence, and problem solving skills
