Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and insights‑driven Digital Media Coordinator to advance ICE’s global digital content strategy. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a refined editorial eye, who can shape and optimize content across multiple channels. You will play a key role in content planning and strategy, publishing, and performance reporting to support brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the scheduling and distribution of content across ICE’s social platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor social channels to identify engagement opportunities, emerging trends, and relevant market conversations that support proactive content strategies.
  • Partner closely with integrated marketing, investor relations, and corporate communications to execute multi‑channel campaigns with a focus on data‑backed targeting and message alignment.
  • Uphold editorial and brand standards across all digital content; provide copyediting support to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Analyze social media performance and digital KPIs using platform analytics and reporting tools; translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee content calendars and asset management systems to ensure accuracy, version control, and operational efficiency.
  • Support workflow and project tracking via Monday.com, contributing to process optimization and cross‑team coordination.
  • Participate in content and campaign ideation sessions, bringing analytical observations and audience insights to the creative process.

Knowledge And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, content operations, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to refine content for clarity, tone, and strategic purpose.
  • Proficiency with major social platforms and publishing tools (e.g., Sprinkler, Hootsuite, or native tools).
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect performance insights to content strategy.
  • Interest in financial markets, fintech, or data‑driven industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workflows and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards such as Google Analytics or native platform insights.
  • Experience with creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Foundational understanding of financial markets or enthusiasm for learning industry concepts.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $70,000 - 95,000 USD.  The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
