Development/Fundraising Manager

We’re Hiring: Fundraising Manager (Sports & Athlete Foundations)

CFC is seeking a Fundraising Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead grassroots and mid-level fundraising efforts for athlete- and sports-focused foundations.

This role is perfect for a relationship-driven fundraiser who loves sports, understands donor engagement, and thrives in a consulting environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead grassroots and mid-level fundraising campaigns

• Build and steward mid-level donor relationships

• Develop compelling fundraising strategies and appeals

• Collaborate with athletes, foundations, and key stakeholders

• Track performance and report results to clients

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7 years of fundraising experience (grassroots + mid-level required)

• Strong donor cultivation and stewardship skills

• Passion for sports and athlete-driven impact

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients

📍 Location: Vail Valley, Colorado preferred (remote considered)

Schedule: Semi flexible 32-hour work week

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 + bonus & incentives
