Hello, internet 👋

We’re looking for a midweight to senior designer or art director to join our team here in Logan Circle, DC. We’re a small agency that’s more interested in finding a person that’s the right fit, rather than a person with the right resume or title, but in this position, visual design and expressing ideas visually will be the core part of the role.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years of agency experience.

We’re looking for someone who can —

• Make incredible brand design work
• And is equally excited to make conceptual comps like OOH and stunt ideas
• Be a conceptual thinker in addition to a strong designer
• Create presentation decks that tell the story of the creative work that's been done
• Present work in a charismatic, fun, engaging way that's as strong as the work itself

Quick Facts About This January —

• We have a killer, dog-friendly office on 14th Street/Logan Circle 
• We work in-person at the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (we WFH Weds/Friday)
• We have healthcare and vacation days, it's all pretty standard...
• One thing that's non-standard is we close the office for 3 weeks per year, so that we're 100% sure everyone gets a break
