Port is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to support our demand generation efforts. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, this hands-on role focuses on executing campaigns, optimizing marketing programs, and contributing to pipeline growth. This position is ideal for someone with experience marketing to technical audiences and a strong operational focus.
What you will do:
Assist in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content marketing, tradeshows, webinars, SEO, and ABM
Support ABM and enterprise marketing initiatives, helping target strategic accounts and key decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, engagement, and pipeline metrics
Help maintain marketing automation, CRM, and reporting workflows to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
Support paid advertising, retargeting, and performance marketing activities
Contribute to creative content, landing pages, and campaign assets to engage developer and technical audiences
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS, DevOps, or developer tools
Experience marketing to technical audiences, ideally in DevTools, DevOps, or developer-focused environments
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and attribution
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Goal-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of delivering measurable results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
