IT Manager, Data & Analytics

We are seeking an IT Manager, Data & Analytics to lead and grow the organization’s data and analytics capabilities. Reporting to the CIO, this role will oversee data platforms, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the firm. The position manages a team of three (Data Specialist, BI Developer, and Data Engineer) and partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s data and analytics strategy, platforms, and reporting capabilities
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for data engineering, BI development, and analytics delivery
• Oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools to support business users
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions
• Establish and maintain standards for data governance, quality, security, and documentation
• Monitor performance and reliability of analytics platforms and proactively address issues
• Support executive reporting, operational analytics, and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL/data integration, and BI/reporting platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric required
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics or similar BI tools is a plus
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments preferred
