Data Center Integration Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Operations / Program Manager with deep experience in construction management, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure integration. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project management, focusing on delivering complex installations on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration of telecommunications and IT infrastructures
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across diverse client engagements
• Oversee project teams, including estimators, installers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement process improvements to elevate project delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with clients to ensure strategic initiatives are supported by robust, reliable solutions
• Conduct hands-on project management for estimating, scheduling, and installation tracking
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, BICSI certifications, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in telecommunications, IT infrastructure, and construction management
• Proven experience managing complex projects with large teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders
• Strong background in estimation, scheduling, and hands-on installation management

• Experience managing budgets, manpower scheduling, and operational processes
• Leadership experience in roles such as Director of Operations, Program Manager, or General Superintendent

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of structured cabling systems
• Strong account management and client-facing experience
• Ability to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
