We are looking for a Data & BI Associate to join our team.
Location: Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
Lead data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Go-to-Market Operations
Understand the business, track data quality, provide insights and recommendations
Support company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projects
Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners (sales leadership, finance, sales operations, systems) to achieve objectives
Own technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets and strive for 100% accuracy
Possibility to learn & implement advanced analytics tools/AI for optimization (e.g., Cloud hosting, Job automation, Artificial Intelligence techniques, Natural Language generation)
Lead high-impact data cleanup efforts by applying analytical judgment to ambiguous datasets, leveraging querying and analysis tools (e.g., SQL), and establishing best-practice classification and decision frameworks to enable scalable automation.
Execute data updates directly in Salesforce and related systems, partnering with GTM Ops, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to validate changes while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in a quantitative discipline
Knowledge and experience of leveraging AI tools for Data/Insights research
Familiarity with the advertising and media agency ecosystem, including agency hierarchies, multi-market coverage models, and client–agency relationships.
Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
Experience with manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data
Experience creating and maintaining business-critical data warehouse tables using SQL
Experience with distributed data systems such as Hadoop and related technologies (Spark, Presto, Pig, Hive, etc.)
Background in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala, PHP, JavaScript)
