• Organize documents, reports, and CRM updates with attention to detail.
  
• Communicate confidently across phone, email, and chat — being the friendly voice clients trust.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in customer service or front-office roles.

• Are confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs, and communication platforms.
  
• Have a reliable home office setup with fast internet and great tech.
  
• A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher
