About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our organization—meeting customers in person, answering questions, and helping them find solutions that truly fit their needs. What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, face-to-face customer support

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or a related field
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to think on your feet and stay composed under pressure
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
