Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Location (city, state): Foothill Ranch, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote; must be open to full-time onsite if needed)

Compensation: $21–$23/hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Recent or current experience in a customer-facing role required
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, including data entry, tracking, and follow-up activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience generating reports and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Background in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting customers through efficient communication and problem-solving. The position requires balancing multiple tasks while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.

  • Monitor and maintain customer records, ensuring data integrity
  • Generate reports and track key customer metrics to support business operations
