Dimension 6

CREATIVE PRODUCER, NIKE STRENGTH

Dimension 6 Portland, OR

Company Overview

Dimension 6 is an exclusive Nike licensee responsible for driving growth for the world's most iconic sports brands across new categories and consumers.

The company leads product creation, distribution, and brand execution for Nike Accessories and Nike Strength, and partners closely with Nike World Headquarters to develop products and experiences for athletes and consumers worldwide.

Dimension 6's culture is grounded in training, sport, and excellence. Operating from its Portland headquarters, with frequent collaboration at Nike World Headquarters, the company combines entrepreneurial energy with the operational discipline required to manage global Nike categories at scale.

Position Summary

Dimension 6 is seeking a Creative Producer to lead production planning and execution across Nike Accessories and Nike Strength. The Creative Producer is responsible for translating creative concepts into actionable production plans and for the decisions that determine whether each campaign has the assets required for a successful launch. This role partners closely with the Director of Brand, Brand Managers, and EComm as the brand team continues to scale.

This is a high-volume, hands-on production role. The Creative Producer will manage approximately two- three shoots per month across three concurrent brand lines, ranging from full-crew productions to lower-fidelity, phone-captured content produced on-site for social and always-on marketing needs.

This position offers a defined growth path toward a Creative Direction role for a candidate who demonstrates strong creative judgment, operational rigor, and increasing scope over time.

Application Instructions

In lieu of a cover letter, interested candidates should submit a resume and responses to the following prompts to kristinaharold@dim6fitness.com. Only candidates who apply by email will be considered.

1. Provide a short paragraph describing your relationship to training.

2. Describe a production you managed from start to finish, including budget, timeline, key challenges, and lessons learned.

3. Provide an example of how you would manage multiple concurrent shoots or deliverables across different brands, including resourcing, vendor coordination, and maintenance of creative and art direction under deadline pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Gather asset requirements from Brand, Sales, Social, and E-commerce prior to each shoot, and develop shot lists that serve all four functions within a single production, so that each shoot day yields a cohesive campaign across channels rather than disconnected or missing output
  • Own end-to-end production for photo, video, and content shoots across Nike Accessories and Nike Strength, from pre-production through wrap and final delivery
  • Develop and manage production budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans for seasonal campaigns and always-on content across all three brands
  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors, crews, photographers, videographers, and production partners
  • Coordinate talent logistics for athlete- and trainer-led shoots, including scheduling, releases, and on-set requirements, in partnership with Sports Marketing
  • Partner with Brand to translate concepts into actionable shot lists, schedules, and production plans
  • Capture lower-fidelity, phone-quality content on-site for social and always-on needs, in addition to producing larger, crew-based productions
  • Manage on-set and studio logistics, including locations, equipment, permits, and call sheets
  • Oversee the post-production workflow, including editing, retouching, color, and asset finishing, to ensure brand and quality standards are met
  • Direct offshore design and video resources on post-production, tagging, and delivery, ensuring finished assets reach social, e-commerce, retail, and regional teams on schedule
  • Track production budgets against actuals, identifying risks and reconciling spend
  • Partner with Brand, Operations, Product, and E-commerce to align production timelines with launch calendars across all three categories
  • Maintain production trackers and calendars to ensure on-time, in-brief delivery across concurrent projects and brands
  • Resolve production issues in real time, on set and in post, to maintain schedule without compromising creative quality
  • Ensure all produced content meets brand standards, visual direction, and voice guidelines for each category

Reporting Relationship

This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and works closely with Brand Managers as well as cross-functional partners in Product, Operations, and E-commerce. The Creative Producer also partners with Nike Global Training, Geo Brand Marketing, and Sports Marketing to ensure productions align with brand and business priorities across Nike Jewelry, and Nike Strength.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in production, creative production, or a related field, with experience across photo and video content production
  • Demonstrated track record managing end-to-end production, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor and crew management
  • Experience producing athlete- or talent-led content, including coordination with agents, managers, and sports marketing teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions across different brands without loss of detail
  • Skilled in vendor negotiation and budget management, with the ability to direct offshore post-production and delivery resources
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with operational and budget requirements in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Production, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong interest in training, strength, and performance, with curiosity regarding innovation, trends, and the future of sport
