We’re looking for a Copywriter who thinks in concepts, not just campaigns.
Someone who can find the big idea in the room, and then chase it all the way down into the details that make it work everywhere: social, digital, scripts, headlines, whatever it needs.
At AB&C, we pride ourselves on doing excellent work without burning people out. Our team is mostly remote, with opportunities to collaborate in our Wilmington and Philadelphia offices when it makes sense.
You’ll work across clients like Temple Health, the Wildwoods, and behavior-change campaigns that truly save lives. It’s meaningful work with real impact, and plenty of room to grow along the way.
You might be a fit if you:
Have 2–5 years of agency experience
Have a portfolio that shows campaign thinking, not just one-off pieces
Can move between big-picture ideas and sharp execution
Like collaborating, brainstorming, and pushing ideas further
Care about the craft as much as the concept
Portfolio required. Show us the idea, and how it came to life.
