Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a nationally recognized homebuilder with a strong presence in the Midwest to identify a Contracts Administrator to support its growing operations. This organization is known for its high-volume residential construction environment, structured processes, and commitment to delivering quality homes across multiple communities.


This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and administrative teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation, approval, and distribution of sales contracts
  • Process and track contract changes, amendments, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract files and documentation systems
  • Monitor and update reporting related to active contracts and project status
  • Process deposits and related financial documentation in alignment with company procedures
  • Support internal teams by maintaining schedules and assisting with administrative coordination
  • Ensure all work is completed with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, reporting, and special projects
  • Assist with updates to internal systems and external listings as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and administrative teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with JDE or similar ERP system a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment


Compensation & Benefits:

  • The targeted salary range for this position is $50K-$60K
