Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Engineer drives process optimization and operational efficiency across the organization. This role identifies waste, improves workflows, and supports strategic initiatives to enhance quality, cost performance, and productivity. The position works cross-functionally to build a culture of Lean thinking and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to support fact-based decision making.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional process mapping and redesign initiatives.
- Support implementation of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Develop performance reports and KPI dashboards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor results and sustain improvements over time.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in process improvement or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Preferred:
- Background in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience in corrugated or paper manufacturing environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
