Redan is seeking a hands-on Content Lead to own and operate our content ecosystem end-to-end.
This role is responsible for how content is planned, created, captured, released, and distributed — both for our members and externally across social, PR, and brand channels.
This is a builder role. You will set the process, execute the work, and ensure Redan’s content shows up consistently, on time, and at the right level of quality.
What You'll Own
Content Operations & Process
Build and manage content plans, calendars, and release schedules
Own channel-specific posting and distribution (member-facing and external)
Weekly Content Oversight
Provide a clear weekly update outlining:
What is being released this week
What is being captured or created this week
What is scheduled for capture or creation next week
Creative Direction & Production Oversight
Hire and manage third-party photographers, videographers, editors, and studios
Brief, schedule, and oversee creative partners
Maintain Redan’s quality bar across all outputs
Brand Consistency
Ensure all content reflects Redan’s voice, tone, and aesthetic
Act as the connective tissue between events, product launches, partnerships, and storytelling
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Comfortable personally capturing photo or short-form video when needed
Light editing skills (photo and short-form video)
Who You Are
4–7 years experience in content, brand, media, or creative operations
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
High taste level with strong creative instincts
Hungry, proactive, and excited to build in an early-stage environment
Willing to travel and be on the ground when it matters
Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, sports, or culture is a plus. Not a passive manager or junior social coordinator position
