Project Engineers on this team are embedded in the work — collaborating closely with Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple Bay Area locations while gaining experience through the full project lifecycle.

Your new role

The Work (Across SF, San Jose, Milpitas & Santa Cruz)

• Ground‑up and renovation projects throughout the Bay Area
• Project types may include Commercial, Multifamily, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and specialty construction
• Daily collaboration with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–4 years of construction experience (General Contractor or builder preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (Primavera a plus)
