The Role: True Ownership from Day One

Here, you're not babysitting tasks-you're the CEO of your projects. You'll run multi-million-dollar developments end-to-end with real decision-making power, from preconstruction strategy through punch-list closeout.

• Shape the Win: Spearhead preconstruction-lead estimating, chase bids, refine high-level budgets, and position us to land the most challenging, rewarding projects.
• Build the Next Generation: Mentor and elevate Project Engineers, interns, and field teams-create a high-performance culture where collaboration and excellence are non-negotiable.
• Master the Money: Own cost control, forecasting, value engineering, and change order management with the sharpness of a CFO-keep projects profitable and ahead of curve.
• Outsmart the Field: Proactively spot critical path risks, design clashes, and coordination issues before they ever reach the jobsite-turn potential disasters into seamless execution.
• Be the Face of Excellence: Serve as the firm's primary ambassador to clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders-forge relationships that fuel repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For- The Rare Builder-Executive Combo

We're after someone with street-smart field experience paired with strategic, big-picture thinking.

• 5-10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience (the more complex, the better)
• Fluency in the modern PM toolkit: Procore expert, strong Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Revit navigation, and BIM coordination
• Deep command of construction means, methods, sequencing, and risk mitigation across all major trades
• Proven negotiation skills, scope-writing precision, and the backbone to enforce top-tier safety, quality, and performance standards with subs
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• LEED AP (or similar sustainability credentials) highly preferred-bonus if you're passionate about green building
