Cold Caller

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting products and services, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining records of calls and interactions, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to meet business development goals.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in customer service and client relationship management
• Experience with lead generation, sales, and cold calling techniques
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other related sales tools
• Ability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
