Clinical Trial Manager - Oncology - Remote in California

Elixir Associates are pleased to be partnered with a a clinical-stage biotech company that's developing breakthrough oncology therapies. Having recently received highly positive clinical data, they are now expanding their clinical operations team as they move further into their pivotal trials.

They’re looking to hire a Clinical Trial Manager to support both early and late-stage studies across multiple programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, passionate clinical team and make a significant impact as the company scales.

About The Job:

• Lead and oversee Oncology clinical trial execution to ensure adherence to study protocols, ICH/GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with senior clinical operations leadership.
• Manage day-to-day study operations, including development and review of essential study documents, coordination of study meetings, site oversight, and review of data listings and site reports.
• Oversee vendor and site performance by selecting and onboarding vendors, managing scopes of work, holding partners accountable to timelines and quality expectations, and maintaining strong communication with investigators and site staff.
• Guide and support clinical operations teams, providing direction to CRAs, mentoring CTAs, and training study personnel as needed to ensure consistent study execution.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, monitor study progress and metrics, and ensure high-quality TMF maintenance while navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must have 4-5 years of experience in biotech or pharma supporting industry-sponsored clinical trials
• Must have Oncology therapeutic experience at a Biotech or Pharma company.
• Must be located in California.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environment
