Role Description - SOUTHEAST REGION

The Clinical Partnership Manager is a senior, physician-facing, field-based role responsible for owning deep, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders at designated Centers of Excellence. This is not a sales role. It is a clinical partnership role. You will be embedded with top institutions and their physician teams, building the kind of trust and engagement that turns early clinical interest into real studies, real data, and real influence on how medicine is practiced.

Each Center of Excellence brings together physicians across specialties—ENT, GI, urology, dental, regenerative medicine—who are working on shared clinical themes like mucosal healing, barrier protection, tissue repair, and hemostasis. Your role is to serve as the primary relationship owner and operational lead between designated Centers of Excellence and internal clinical development, regulatory, R&D, and commercial teams. You surface the ideas worth pursuing, help shape them into structured opportunities, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as programs move forward.

This role operationalizes the CSI team’s physician engagement strategy at assigned Centers of Excellence, ensuring consistent execution, follow-through, and relationship continuity. The Clinical Partnership Manager works closely with CSI leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with broader clinical strategy. The model is already proven: the work that our Director of Strategic Partnerships does today with KOLs has driven stronger relationships, more peer-to-peer programs, more presentations at meetings, and faster movement from idea to action. This role scales that approach across the country.
