The Firm is seeking exceptional bilingual (Spanish) candidates for the full-time position of Client Services Associate, reporting to the Director of Client Services. This role supports the firm’s Portfolio Managers by ensuring the smooth execution of all non-trading client processes and delivering high-touch administrative and operational support to Ultra High Net Worth clients. The Client Services Associate serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and as a liaison among clients, custodians, banks, and other third parties, coordinating complex workflows with precision and discretion. The CSA plays a critical role in client onboarding, account maintenance, asset and cash movements, and ongoing relationship support, ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and external counterparties. Suitable candidates must be meticulous and bright, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills, and must demonstrate the utmost discretion with confidential information.
A partial list of the Associate’s responsibilities includes:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and timely, accurate execution of client requests.
Support the firm’s Portfolio Managers by ensuring the smooth functioning of all non-trading client processes.
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including gathering documentation, preparing account opening packages, and coordinating with custodians and banks.
Open and maintain accounts with various custodians and banking institutions, including handling updates to account information and ongoing account maintenance.
Handle asset and cash movements, including wires, capital calls, and distributions, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely follow-through.
Prepare, review, and process fund subscription documents, managing the entire subscription process from inception through execution.
Coordinate with banks, custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties to resolve operational issues and serve as a liaison between clients and third parties.
Support AML, KYC, and due diligence processes related to alternative investments, private funds, banks, and third-party agents.
Support estate planning-related requests by working with clients’ attorneys and advisors to facilitate account structures, transfers, and documentation needs.
Assist with tax document management, including organizing and distributing K-1s, 1099s, and other tax-related materials.
Coordinate with internal teams including Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate completion of client-related tasks.
Ensure compliance protocols are followed meticulously and maintain discretion when handling confidential client information.
Position requirements include:
An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related degree required.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Skilled multi-tasking, follow-up, and managing priorities effectively.
Spanish fluency required, both written and verbal.

The office is located in Aventura, FL. We are currently offering a hybrid work environment, with an optional one work from home day per week on Fridays.
