The Client Associate will work closely with advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, help manage day-to-day account activity, and ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Details

2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related client service role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with high-profile clients and sensitive information

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 required
