Chief Revenue Officer
Overview
We are partnering with a high-growth, well-funded AI SaaS insurtech with strong product-market fit across carriers, MGAs and brokers. The platform is gaining real traction, with clear demand for its ability to improve underwriting, claims or distribution workflows through AI. They are now looking to appoint a CRO to own and scale revenue, build a world-class GTM function and drive the next phase of growth.
The Role
• Own the full revenue function across sales, marketing and customer success
• Scale ARR through new business, expansion and retention across the insurance ecosystem
• Build and structure the GTM organisation, hiring and developing high-performing teams
• Define and execute GTM strategy across ICP, segmentation, pricing and sales motion
• Develop repeatable playbooks for enterprise sales into carriers, MGAs and brokers
• Drive forecasting discipline, pipeline management and revenue operations rigour
• Partner closely with CEO and product to align commercial strategy with roadmap and market demand
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and partners across the industry
Profile
• Proven track record scaling revenue within a SaaS or AI-led insurtech platform
• Deep experience selling into carriers, MGAs or brokers with complex enterprise sales cycles
• Experience building and leading multi-function GTM teams (sales, marketing, CS)
• Strong understanding of how to take a product from early traction to scaled ARR growth
• Data-driven operator with strong forecasting and RevOps discipline
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, VC-backed environments with pace and ambiguity
• Credible with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Qualifications
• 10–20+ years in B2B SaaS / insurtech revenue leadership roles
• Experience owning or materially contributing to GTM strategy and scaling teams
• Strong network across the insurance and insurtech ecosystem
• US-based with flexibility to travel
