Job Description
Our customers aren’t the only ones transforming. So, too, are we within our own four walls. Advance Solutions is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to oversee Global Sales and Sales Operations. Due to our strong, double-digit growth over the past several years, this is a new role with the intent to ensure we are best positioned against our forecasted growth and opportunity. This role will oversee Sales Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants in The Americas, APAC, UK&I and The Middle East, but also author the next chapter of our organization as it relates to sales methodology operations, team development and customer retainment.
Responsibilities
Define an overall business model that drives a strong revenue strategy and growth trajectory.
Establish and maintain executive relationships within ServiceNow and throughout the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Full accountability for global bookings and revenue targets, including the fiscal health of all deals (scope, margin, etc.
Align sales, pre-sales, marketing and delivery to create strong customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Define clear roles and alignment between sales and pre-sales for discovery, solutioning, and deal progression.
Develop and grow a team of Go To Market professionals with consistent performance of pipeline development, maturity and close rate.
Actively participate as a member of Advance Solutions Leadership in overall company strategy, investment and operations.
Intimately leverage sales tools to drive a transparent, accurate and maturing global pipeline
Incorporate AI and other automation enablers to manage key metrics: pipeline conversion, opportunity duration/velocity, annual recurring revenue, bookings per account executive, etc.
Align closely with Global Delivery Leadership to establish aggressive customer retainment, satisfaction and upsell objectives.
Evaluate overall market penetration to prioritize investment and target market potential
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to streamline sales processes.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Together with Sales Operations
- Drive strong governance on invoicing, collections, and cash flow realization
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of overdue receivables in alignment with Finance
- Establish escalation mechanisms for aging invoices and payment delays
- Lead the management of a comprehensive sales enablement program including training, sales
toolkits, onboarding materials, and GTM strategies.

Quarter over quarter pipeline growth and management
Reduction in sales cycle duration
Increase in average deal size and win rates
Growth in partner-sourced revenue
Measurable improvement in pre-sales effectiveness and customer confidence
Increased customer retention and expansion revenue
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership and a successful track record in scaling revenue in SaaS environments
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and bring order to complex situations.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, CRM management and strategic planning with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Experience in building and leading teams.
Background in SaaS sales with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey.
