We are seeking a Product Executive to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our cloud-based platform. This leader will drive innovation across our provider-facing EMR workflows and payer integration capabilities, ensuring we deliver scalable, compliant, and intuitive solutions that improve clinical outcomes, streamline operations, and enhance provider experiences.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on product leader with deep experience in SaaS/EMR platforms, healthcare technology, and regulated environments, who can balance clinical usability, compliance, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the platform.
Drive innovation across clinical workflows, including charting, documentation, e-prescribing, care coordination, and interoperability.
Identify opportunities to enhance provider and payer integration, including claims, authorizations, and data exchange.
Align product strategy with clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
Leadership & Team Development
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, and UX designers.
Establish best practices for product management, roadmap planning, and delivery execution.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Product Execution & Delivery
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and optimization.
Partner closely with engineering, clinical stakeholders, data teams, and operations to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
