Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Long-Term Strategy
Define and articulate a clear multi-year product vision aligned with company growth objectives.
Establish disciplined prioritization across multiple strategic paths, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform value.
Ensure product strategy is grounded in external market signals and evolving customer needs.
Commercially Oriented Product Leadership
Evaluate product investments through a commercial lens, weighing revenue impact, execution cost, risk, and time-to-value.
Align product decisions with measurable business outcomes including growth, retention, and expansion.
Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to ensure roadmap alignment with revenue strategy.
Customer-Centric Product Development
Lead ongoing customer discovery and market research to inform validated roadmaps.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product direction.
Maintain direct engagement with customers to ensure product decisions reflect real-world workflows and value realization.
Operational Rigor & Delivery Excellence
Own end-to-end product planning and delivery, ensuring clarity, accountability, and predictable execution.
Raise standards across product management processes, roadmap discipline, and cross-functional coordination.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in a lean, scaling environment.
AI & Emerging Capabilities
Define a pragmatic approach to incorporating advanced technologies into the product roadmap where they meaningfully improve customer outcomes.
Ensure innovation efforts are disciplined, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
Establish standards for experimentation, evaluation, and responsible rollout.
Executive & Board Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, enabling clear strategic thinking and focus.
Represent product strategy in executive and board-level discussions.
Provide a confident, defensible narrative around investment decisions and roadmap direction.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization.
Develop leadership depth across product management and adjacent functions.
Create a culture of accountability, focus, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience operating at the Chief Product Officer level or in an equivalent senior product leadership role.
Strong background in software product leadership.
Demonstrated ability to define long-term product strategy and translate vision into disciplined execution.
Track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams with operational rigor.
Commercial fluency with the ability to connect product investment decisions to revenue and enterprise value.
Experience introducing advanced capabilities through structured experimentation and measured rollout.
Clear communicator with strong executive presence and judgment.
Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, growth-stage environments.
