We’re hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead growth strategy, refine systems, and build the gold-standard marketing engine for high-ticket, cash-pay medical services. Ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving, data-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute performance marketing strategies that increase revenue for regenerative medicine clinics
Own KPIs tied to sales, patient acquisition, and ROI
Design and optimize marketing funnels that convert $3K–$25K+ programs
Lead campaign execution across paid media, landing pages, and automation workflows
Partner directly with founders on strategy and agency growth planning
Convert what works into scalable, repeatable playbooks
What You’ll Bring
Proven track record marketing high-ticket products/services ($3K–$25K+)
Strong command of funnels, attribution, conversion optimization, and ROI
Experience leading end-to-end marketing strategy (agency or in-house)
Executive communication skills; comfort working directly with founders and physicians
Ownership mindset — you’re measured by results, not activity
Bonus Skills: Experience in healthcare marketing, regenerative medicine, aesthetic clinics, CRM automation, or event marketing.
