Electroswitch is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to build and strengthen our distribution network across key markets. This is a newly created role focused on developing strong partnerships with distributors, improving channel performance, and driving revenue growth.
This position will work closely with direct sales to ensure alignment across all go-to-market strategies while identifying opportunities to expand market reach through our channel partners.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys building programs and relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with distribution partners
Identify opportunities to improve channel performance and drive growth
Collaborate with direct sales teams to align strategy and avoid channel conflict
Expand market presence through new and existing distributor partnerships
Provide insights on market trends, pricing, and competitive positioning
Support distributors with product knowledge and sales enablement
Build structure and processes for a growing channel program
Qualifications
Experience working with industrial or electrical products
Background in channel sales, distribution, or indirect sales models
Proven ability to build and grow partner relationships
Strong understanding of distributor networks and go-to-market strategies
Self-starter with the ability to build processes in a new role
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
Experience within electrical components, switchgear, or industrial manufacturing
Familiarity with distributor networks in North America
Experience working alongside direct sales teams
Location
Remote (preference for candidates near key markets or with access to travel)
