Role Overview

The Campaign Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and solutions. This role blends strategic thinking, project management, and client servicing with a strong emphasis on creativity and communication.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated campaigns from briefing through to completion.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and resources across multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and consistent alignment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, audience, and goals to inform campaign direction.
  • Proactively provide updates, flag issues, and offer strategic recommendations to clients.


Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure campaign concepts are executed effectively and cohesively.
  • Contribute to creative briefings and strategy sessions, ensuring the work stays true to client goals and resonates with target audiences.


Cross-functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams including creative, strategy, and digital and external partners or vendors.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication across all touchpoints of the campaign process.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform decisions and refine approaches.
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations that communicate results and demonstrate value to clients.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in campaign management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, and creative processes.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented yet creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
