We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to support the National Institute of Health contact center. The contact center is open 7 days per week, 24 hours per day including government holidays. This is a full-time, fully on site role with no remote capabilities.
Position Summary
Executes frontline call handling, emergency paging, and customer service ensuring 100% accuracy for No-Fail tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound call traffic, including prioritization and coordination of emergency paging requests
Execute signal and overhead paging in accordance with established protocols
Provide accurate directory assistance and efficient call routing support
Facilitate communication through CYRACOM interpreter services to support diverse caller needs
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and system documentation
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a call center setting
Candidates must meet all applicable background investigation and/or drug screening requirements as a condition of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Flexibility to meet any and all scheduling requirements
Healthcare or emergency communications experience
