Call Center Manager – Aesthetics/Healthcare | Los Angeles, CA

We are actively recruiting an experienced Call Center Manager to join our client’s team in Los Angeles, California. This is an onsite leadership opportunity, perfect for candidates with proven expertise in call center operations and a passion for the aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury services fields.

Position Overview:

The Call Center Manager will oversee an in-house team of Patient Service Representatives, driving excellence in inbound/outbound communication, new patient conversions, and revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in optimizing the patient experience and supporting overall clinic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team of five call center representatives
• Drive new patient conversion and effective engagement through follow-up
• Manage confirmation calls, reactivation outreach to prior patients, and consultation payment collections
• Monitor KPIs related to conversion rates, call volume, and revenue targets
• Collaborate closely with the COO on performance metrics, team incentives, and growth strategies

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a call center environment
• Strong coaching, performance management, and team development skills
• Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury services highly preferred
• Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday in Los Angeles, CA
