Business Intelligence Manager

***Local Candidates Only- Hybrid 2-3 days in the office***

Lead a team of functional and technical professionals, including external vendors, to deliver and support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate data into meaningful insights using BI tools and visualization techniques. Partner with business stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and develop a multi-year BI roadmap aligned to organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align and drive the BI strategy to support overall business objectives and long-term vision
• Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
• Lead advanced data analysis efforts including trend identification, data mining, and predictive modeling to inform decision-making
• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts and developers while promoting continuous improvement
• Implement and maintain data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Utilize AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, to automate insights and enhance self-service analytics

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data warehousing, or enterprise reporting
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, including workload management and task prioritization
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail and execution
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, including building complex dashboards and visualizations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data mining, and ETL processes
• Experience fostering collaboration across teams and presenting insights to leadership
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data privacy standards
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications in BI, data analytics, or data warehousing preferred
