As our global client base continues to grow, we are now seeking an exceptional individual to lead the development of Smyth & Co in the United States.

This is a rare, high-profile opportunity for a commercially astute and entrepreneurial professional to help establish and grow our US presence, building relationships with some of the most exciting and respected hospitality businesses in the market.

The Opportunity

• Lead the expansion of Smyth & Co across the United States

• Develop relationships with luxury hospitality clients across key markets

• Work closely with Michelin-level chefs, high-end restaurants, five-star hotels, private members’ clubs, and golf & country clubs

• Identify new opportunities and partnerships while building long-term strategic client relationships

• Play a pivotal role in shaping our US strategy and market presence

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree educated, highly professional and commercially minded

• Background in luxury hospitality, hospitality recruitment, or sales into hospitality businesses

• Proven experience developing business across the US hospitality sector

• Strong network and established industry contacts

• Excellent understanding of chefs and senior hospitality talent

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and ambitious, with the ability to operate at a senior level
