We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in HR systems and enterprise HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, optimize integrations, and improve HR operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Workday HCM, SAP HR, and ADP payroll systems
Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and system documentation
Support integrations between Workday, SAP, and third-party systems using APIs and integration tools
Participate in testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and data validation
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance across HR platforms
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution
Maintain and update documentation for processes, configurations, and system enhancements
Work closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Required Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in HR technology environments
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll)
Experience with SAP HR/SAP Payroll and familiarity with ADP payroll platforms
Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits)
Experience with HR system integrations and data flows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
