This Business Analyst opportunity sits within a newly forming PMO at a top-tier global law firm, where AI, automation and innovation are actively reshaping how legal work gets done. What You’ll Do
Partner with attorneys, developers and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
Translate conversations into clear business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specs
Support AI, automation and legal tech initiatives across innovation and IT workstreams
Document workflows for eDiscovery and litigation technology projects
Act as a flexible Business Analyst across a diverse and evolving project portfolio
What’s Needed
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering skills
Expertise in writing BRDs, functional and technical documentation
Ability to navigate conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience supporting multiple project types in fast-paced environments
Exposure to AI, automation or eDiscovery is a plus
