Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team on Remote Basis as of now. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and helping organizations make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement

Translate business needs into functional specifications

Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management

Create documentation such as reports, dashboards, and process flows

Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or academic project experience in business analysis

Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools

Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies

Exposure to process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)

Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools
