We're working with a rapidly expanding UK consumer powerhouse on this exciting opportunity to drive their digital transformation.

This role sits at the high-impact intersection of data, technology, and commercial operations, where you will lead the optimization of a brand-new planning and forecasting platform. You'll be instrumental in translating complex supply chain data into actionable business intelligence that shapes the future of a growing retail leader.

The Role

  • Act as the technical Super User for a new enterprise-wide forecasting and planning platform, driving system optimization and user adoption.
  • Architect and build dynamic dashboards and analytical views to provide real-time visibility into sales, stock, and supply chain trends.
  • Lead the end-to-end testing and validation of system changes, ensuring data integrity and performance improvements before go-live.
  • Document complex business processes and map data flows across cross-functional systems to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Investigate root causes of forecasting and replenishment issues using advanced data analysis to recommend high-impact solutions.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a Business Analyst role within a fast-paced retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Expert-level data manipulation skills with a strong ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting software, ERP systems, or dedicated planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Blue Yonder, or similar).
  • Proficiency in building data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or native system tools) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • A proactive, "process-first" mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
